What we collect

If you use the contact form, we keep the name, email address, company, and message you send. If you book a call, Google Calendar handles the booking under Google’s privacy policy. If you email us, we keep the email.

This site runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps request logs, such as IP address and browser, to run and protect the site.

Why

To reply to you, to run any work we agree on, and to keep the site secure. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing.

Who handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps a copy of each form message. Messages are emailed to us through our mail provider, Purelymail. These companies process the data for us and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.

How long

We keep form messages for 24 months, then delete them.

Your choices

Email us to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. We’ll do it unless the law requires us to keep it.
